· Keine Rückgabe oder Umtausch. Es sei denn, das falsche Produkt wurde geschickt - in dem Fall muss dieses zurückgesendet werden, das richtige wird nachgeschickt.

· sweet♥ticket ist nicht dafür verwantwortlich wenn das Päckchen nicht ankommt. Man kann nichts dagegen machen, wenn nicht eingeschriebener Versand gewählt wird. Eingeschriebener Versand kostet 2,10€ extra, aber der Versand ist sicherer. (Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass ein Päckchen verloren geht, ist allerdings sehr gering.)
